On November 15th, the US "Forbes" magazine website recently cited "business insider", the internal document shows that Amazon and Starbucks are launching a joint brand coffee shop for negotiations.
According to the report, the two sides plans to establish a casual cafe that combines Amazongo’s unmanned shop Amazongo with Starbucks coffee service, the internal code of the project to Verde. Customers can buy Starbucks and Amazon’s baking foods and hot dishes in the store without having to queue up through traditional ways, which is part of the Amazon Expansion of the Justwalkout applications.
The project will run in a brand new brand, not built in Amazon or Starbucks. Amazon also lists the six principles that cooperate in internal documents, which is also a key part of the negotiation process. The principles of cooperation emphasizes seamless customer experience (CX) and differentiation, resulting in surprise factors.
Several other items are technological innovation and scale flexibility and operational efficiency.
